We were not prepared ...

Guild Respect disbanded bacause of slow progress and bacause of too much slackers/noobs. We needed to recruit ppl all the time, teach them to play etc. This guild was here long with slow progress and old ppl got bored of this and we want to move on ...
So guys take care and get into some nice guilds Wink

I wont tell you any juicy words that you are imba or something like because you know how good you are and to what guild you can go Wink

So yesterday was new "wow week" and ofc the instances were reseted. So we gone in Gruuls Lair to prove that we havent cleared it with luck *cough* Cool

We cleared it in 3 hours and then we decided to go practice The Eye. So expect soon a news about Respect killing Void Reaver Cool

Atlast of days of practicing we atlast killed him. Was a hard work cos we needed to change much ppl a lot cos they needed to slack or someone DCed etc. Because of that we slowly progressed and on last weeks thursday we downed him to 90k hp and wiped. Then we knew that when we come back here again we will kill him. So today we came, we saw and we killed ! GZ to guys that got loot and lets go on next bosses.

Omfg my nerves .. we tryied like 8 times maybe more i dont count but last three tryies we havent got luck the boss bugged and we made same stupid mistake - guys forgot in the heat of battle that they cant move that far away in air phase
When we wiped the try before the last one i told to raid that its over and my head is going to explode and that my nervesare f*cked up. But i asked in raid who wants to continue and more ppl told that lets try one more try. Was an awesome decision because we killed him smoothly Smile

No bug, no mistake .. everything was fine.
So we killed that bastard and here is the screen.

Because some ppl cant be online alot through the day.. the class leaders have agreed to post this topic about when the raids will take place.

wednesday: karazhan
thursday: karazhan
friday: pause
saturday: pause
sunday: 25-man
monday: 25-man
tuesday: 25- man

Every raid day u will be expected to be online and ready (with pots, flasks, ..)at instance at 19:00. raid will start at 19:15!!

Also if u have not yet been on a boss we will do , be sure to check tactics on www.bosskillers.com or/and check a video on video.google.com or www.youtube.com

I say this because it is a big waste of time and money if ppl need like 5 tries on a boss before they have an idea on how to do it.

So guys i hope to see you on time and prepared for raids to have a nice fun time.

After some discussions with Franko we atlast started trying 25 man raid instances and first dungeon on our list was ofcourse Gruuls Lair. First of our try has been planned but we havent got much ppl online and we needed to invite some players outside guild. Well after some times some players needed to leave and the raid ended because of not much ppl online. Next try we focused on learning to pull good because thats the really important thing at this encounter. Again after some hours some guys leaved and it was end of raid.

Well but we knew we can kill him but we need practice. At third day of raiding Gruul the guild killed the bastard. Im sad and happy at one time. Sad because i wasnt in raid cos i had som IRL problems and so i havent raided. Happy ofcourse because the b*tch is down Very Happy
